The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Enjoy shopping, dining and exploring without the hassle of finding or paying for beach parking. Getting in the car at the end of your stay might feel awkward!

Walking distance to Oneida Lake, Casino, Amusement Park, Restaurants, Bars and more. Paved driveway for parking up to three vehicles. This is the ideal location just steps from Oneida Lake. This cottage has central air. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please message for more information on pets. Recent updates include a closet added to bedroom 2 (bedroom 1 has a closet also) and updated laundry to have washer and dryer onsite and new shower surround.

Just a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) to the Sylvan Beach resort area with restaurants, an amusement park, casino, sandy beach, canal for fishing, boat rental and events all season long!

The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.
