The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Welcome to the Harbour on Main! Unwind at our cozy two-bedroom, one-bath cottage nestled just steps from the serene shores of Oneida Lake, part of the Great American Loop. Whether you're building sandcastles by the shore, paddling around in a kayak, or roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, there's something here for every member of the family. Inside you'll find a warm welcoming space with a kitchen, full bathroom, comfortable living area, and two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms.

Valley View Cottage

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.

Brand new cottage right next door to Verona Beach State Park! Within a 3 minute walk to Verona Beach State Park on beautiful Oneida Lake with a sandy beach, swimming, hiking trails, playground, snack bar, kiddie splash pad, picnicking, waterfront walking path and amazing sunsets. Just a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) to the Sylvan Beach resort area with restaurants, an amusement park, casino, sandy beach, canal for fishing, boat rental and events all season long!

Come enjoy our Little Piece of Haven with amazing lake views and Oneida Lake access across the street. Our log cabin offers the perfect space for a girls weekend away, a fishing weekend or a family lake vacation! There are two bedrooms on the first floor with queen sized beds and a king bed in the spacious loft. A cozy living room and open dining area will make you feel right at home. Open kitchen is great for entertaining for large groups or indulging in the culinary arts. Quiet nights and comfortable bedrooms will give you a great night sleep--you'll need it for kayaking in the morning!
