The property is located 6kms south of Kovalam and one km south of newly constructed Vizhinjam Seaport. Backwater of the port is visible from the lawn of the beach house. This villa is is 1000sq.feet in area and has two air conditioned rooms with a lounge room in between. Roof is kept thatched with false ceiling. Water is visible from all corners of the room. No self coming facility.
