The apartment is situated in the heart of Tangier: 4 minutes walk to the beach, next to Jardins de la Corniche, 20 min walk to the Medina, 5 min walk to the train station and Tangier City mall and 20 min drive to the airport. The apartment is 40 m², on the 13th floor with a view of the city and accessible rooftop and top of the range appliances. Restaurants, food court, fast food, cafés, supermarkets, bars and nightclubs are within walking distance. The AC is in the living room only.
