Sie genießen unmittelbare Nähe vom Ozean, der Ihnen buchstäblich "zu Füssen liegt". Das Apartment hat einen kleinen Garten, hat einen genialen direkten Ozean-Blick. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist ideal zum entspannen und Ozean genießen. Infrastruktur ist gut.

Tiene una superficie de 200 m2 con varias terrazas donde se puede tomar el sol con hermosas vistas al mar. Dos baños y un aseo, cocina independiente, comedor y salón. TV, aire acondicionado, lavadora, wifi y parking exterior incluido. Ideal para vacaciones en familia y muy bien conectado para visitar lugares de la isla de Gran Canaria.

Ocean Suite, recién reformado, se ubica dentro del exclusivo complejo Nueva Suecia. Apartamento pequeño pero muy bonito, con un gran ventanal que lo hace muy luminoso. Dispone de terraza-solárium, dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, salón-comedor, baño y parking privado. Aire acondicionado, ventilador, WiFi y Smart TV. Supermercado y restaurantes a pocos pasos.

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Con unas vistas maravillosas al mar y al jardín disfrutarás de unos amaneceres increíbles. Ha sido completamente reformado y adaptado para relajarse y disfrutar de un ambiente cómodo y elegante. Dispone de una bañera en la terraza con vistas al mar que hará las delicias de los más exigentes. El dormitorio con el baño en suite exquisitamente decorado y con vistas a los tranquilos jardines harán que descanse como nunca antes. Alquiler por temporada a través de contrato LAU.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
