Nestled in the heart of the Argyle Community, this newly updated winterized cottage is available to guests all year. With the OFSC trails out front, sledders can enjoy their favourite winter pastime. Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
