It's a 10-minute stroll down a beautiful bush track to Narrawallee Beach and 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Perched in the trees, the house enjoys an elevated position and is less than 100 metres from the dog-friendly Cormorant beach. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves! Bawley Point is a hidden gem. Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

One of the few homes to be perched a top a hill on Mitchell Parade, allowing for spectacular 180 degree panoramic views. The beach is directly accessed via your own private staircase, and the rear driveway allows easy access for luggage and shopping when you arrive.

theCOVE North-Absolute Beachfront Couple's Escape

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
