Welcome to Wildflower retreat. Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at our cozy comfortable luxury getaway. Experience peace and quiet on 5 secluded acres of beautiful pristine country meadowland. If you are lucky, some cows will stop by and say hello! Nature is celebrated here. We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. Come see our Tiny House, relax and make yourself at home!

Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Horse country stay near multiple trailheads

This apartment has one queen bed and also a queen air mattress if needed. A full bath with shower, and kitchen. This is on a working horse/cow ranch and we do have stalls for boarding. We have dogs, chickens, peacocks, horses, and cows. Enjoy the view of our peacocks outside the patio door for a unique experience. Private entrance with keypad entry. Near Lake Ray Roberts, LBJ Grasslands, and Trophy Club trailheads and several others. There will be farm noise, but typically very peaceful.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.

Enjoy our charming, completely renovated 1907 Victorian farmhouse in Gordonville, Texas. It's located within 5 minutes of several Lake Texoma marinas with close proximity to the heart of North Texas horse country. For those wanting to get away to the lake, venture in to Whitesboro or just enjoy a little time in the country, this home can provide a place to stay close by. The open concept main floor and the four bedrooms can easily accommodate families or several couples.

Alpaca Adventure

We hope you will enjoy a slice of our paradise. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy the simple life. You are typically greeted by our crew of curious doggies, nosy alpacas and chickens. All in hopes of attention or scraps! Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the pool or explore downtown. We are a NON SOKING Property! Our guest house is completely updated and ready to accommodate guests for work, family or a couple’s getaway. We look forward to your stay.

Stay in our 1927 Caboose. It has everything you need for your trip. You will have free Wi-Fi to cozy up on the couch or sip free coffee/ tea outside around the fire. Play with the goats, feed the chickens and pig, or pet the horse. 5 minutes to a Winery, within 30 miles to 3 Casinos, 31 miles to Buc-ee's, and a little over an hour to Dallas. The perfect getaway on 20 acres of pure farm bliss! 4 miles from the Choctaw Casino & Resort. Our home includes a full kitchen, Smart TV, and is pet-friendly! Please keep in mind that we are in the country and live on a dirt road. We have a horse and chickens that will be happy to greet you on your arrival. *As the pictures indicate, the Airbnb is behind the main home. We do live on the property but will have 100% privacy.
