Spacious 2,000 sq ft private 3BR basement suite sleeping up to 8, perfect for families & small groups. Private entrance. Just off I-15, only 30 minutes to Provo and SLC. ENTIRE suite with full kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and space to relax. Light household sounds upstairs 7 AM–10 PM. No parties or events. One bathroom keeps this spacious retreat a great value.
