Awesome large 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with a heated pool (can be heated for a fee* if the guest desires it) in a fantastic location. Great floor plan with multiple living and entertaining areas works wonderfully for every occasion. Super close to the Q2 soccer stadium, the Domain (with an incredible array of restaurants and shopping), a 300-acre city park with hiking/biking trails about 200 feet from the house, and a handful of the best craft breweries in town all within a mile or two.

Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.
