There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.

Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Located in the little neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort, this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees. Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those...
