Urban small neighborhood with lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops. Great place to drive around and look at street murals. Annual street art festival is held here.

Kaka'ako is filled with local breweries (Aloha Brewing, Waikiki Brewing, Honolulu Beer Works, Hana Koa Brewing and Lokahi Brewing). There are painted murals on the walls of all of the buildings. Very eclectic, artsy vibe.

Trendy urban millennial hipster neighborhood with a mix of industrial low rent shops and multimillion dollar flats. The annual Pow! street art brings new murals to the walls for a fun walk through the neighborhood and many of the microbreweries are located here. A few trendy restaurants such as Scratch, and shops like Eden in Love make it a pleasant place to venture into Honolulu for a day. At the waterfront, there is a people's park that is hippie cool with surfers just off the sea wall.
