You'll also find great hiking in the Spring, Summer and Fall at the Neversink Gorge Unique Area and skiing/snow boarding in the winter at Holiday Mountain! Only a 25 minute drive to Bethel Woods!

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath cottage with four person barrel sauna at Swinging Bridge Reservoir, Sullivan County's largest motorboat lake. Our guest suite has a private entrance adjacent to the main house with a kitchen , living room, bedroom with a full bed and full bath. Also a porch with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ and 50 acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker, TV, internet, Wi-Fi and AC. A great getaway for 2 adults. 20 min. from Bethel Woods for concerts, 30 min. to Resorts World Casino. All are welcome. Rainbow friendly. No smoking, children, pets or animals.
