We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom, enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. -Message me for discounted May, April, October and November rates. This is our paradise at the end of a wooded road set on a private 3 acre peninsula with 850 feet of waterfront! It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.

The Chez Heron. A small gothic castle in Chaumont

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.
