When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.

Easy to downtown Olympia, colleges, farmers market & I5. Nice home base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula, Southwest Washington, ocean beaches, Mt. Rainier and Mt St. Helens. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.

Newly renovated and cozy cabin on Offut Lake. A fifteen-minute drive south of Olympia, the lake offers year-round fishing for trout, bass, and perch. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, a Queen bed, and a fold-out couch in the living room. The large backyard can be used for barbequing or just hanging out in the sun.
