Surrounded by greenery and birdsong, this cosy stay offers a grounding, nature-filled experience just a short drive from Geraldine. By day, explore nearby walking tracks, waterfalls, and rivers. By night, step outside and take in some of the clearest star-filled skies in New Zealand, just stillness and stars.

The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

Take a day trip to Lake Tekapo (25min) to enjoy Tekapo Springs and Mt John Observatory.
