Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Cube House is located in the beach area with a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was built in 2019 and is equipped with everything that you need for your vacation. It offers a unique stay for couples and families who value privacy and want to have microhouse experience. House has almost like a little spa inside with a generous hot tub. Also private patio makes available to enjoy your morning coffee outside. There is also private parking inside the yard.

The Raeküla health and ski trails are about 2 km away, offering year-round outdoor activities. Nearby you will also find motocross and ATV tracks as well as a disc golf course. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on kokku 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 3 külalist (1 lahtikäiv lisavoodi). Parkimine hoovis tasuta. Koduloomad on oodatud.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
