There is a wrap around drive for easy boat access and outdoor outlets for boat charging. Rentals of wave runners, pontoons and ski boats are available nearby. This lake home is a great place to relax and make some memories with family and friends. Located just minutes from Grand Harbor Marina, on a quiet cove just off the main lake. Swim, fish and relax on the private dock, grill and chill on the spacious deck over looking the lake. Well stocked kitchen to prepare your meals, or call the shuttle and head up to Freddy T's or the rooftop! The owner keeps his boat on the right side of the dock, you may use the left side only. Do not move his boat.

I am your host Karine Raksnys. Plenty of parking for your boat! This newly remodeled two bedroom cottage is close to Pickwick Lake and JP Coleman State Park. We provided you with a microwave and coffee maker if needed. There are pots/pans, dishes, pot holders, dish rags available as well. There is also a washer and dryer located in the bathroom. Pets allowed upon host approval & additional deposit. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Garbage collection is every Monday morning.

This little apartment/studio is nestled in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Boat / RV parking available Note: No boats are permitted in the lake, and the outside area is 90% completed but the inside is fully ready and there is a small area for enjoying the outside.

Pickwick Place

Beautiful "cabin" located just 1.7 miles from the state line boat ramp. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on 1.4 acres at the end of a short street with ample parking for both cars and boat trailers. It sleeps 13 in beds, 15 with use of couches . Large open kitchen and living area for all those family game nights. This is our lake house that we use frequently but we have decided to open it up for others to enjoy when we are not lucky enough to be there.
