Cumberland Street deluxe apartment No3

This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. We are also pet friendly with our own Labrador Lucy

Inner-city studio with parking "The Stables 2"

This studio room features a queen bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom and kitchen facilities (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and a heatpump to keep you comfortable during the colder part of the year. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up but with just one queen bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside, but it is unsuitable for oversized vehicles.
