Our private white sand beach is PERFECT for swimming and fishing. We also provide 2 fishing kayaks with your stay! Or just take in the views from the patio!

Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

This cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect place to get away from it all. This house can sleep five guest. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. In the backyard there is a deck, fire ring, fish cleaning station. There is water access when the lake is at near full pool guest will be able to dock their boat. There also is a community boat launch. We added a hot tub.

Lakeside Getaway Located on the Louisiana side of beautiful Toledo Bend Lake just north of Yocum Bay on the main lake. This peaceful waterfront home is a fully furnished three bedroom, two full bathroom Rambler style home. It can sleep up to 10 guests. Kick back, relax and enjoy the morning breezes and beautiful sunsets. Wet a hook, swim or just unwind in the peace and quiet. Keep it simple at this clean, comfy, peaceful and centrally-located water-view camp just minutes from Toledo Town. 3 bedroom / 2 bath with all the amenities. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Boat launch available in neighborhood. Fully-equipped kitchen. Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. (No cats please)

Private and secluded lakeside camphouse that offers a quiet and relaxing getaway from the stress of everyday life. You can fish, kayak, go on nature walks or just relax on the screened in porch listening to the sounds of nature and wildlife surrounding you. We offer all of your basic amenities along with our own added touches and have flexible rates available. No wifi available due to the heavily wooded and rural location of our camp.

Sip coffee on the covered deck and take in the beautiful sunrise over the lake surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles, and an Osprey nest atop a 20 ft high tree stump just a quarter mile from shore. The mobile home is inside Mid Lake Campground located on Toledo Bend, one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina.
