Blue Dragon Tiny House In the Forest

At 120 square feet plus a front porch and deck, Blue Dragon is the "grandpa" of our three tiny houses. It is the best choice for groups or families. While offering excellent privacy, it is just down the hill to the community kitchen and full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (you are welcome to use the private outhouse, as well.) Upscale Rustic Garden House Seasonal Cabin

Our rustic upscale Garden House is located at beautiful Scottland Yard farm! It is the closest family rental unit to the pool and common areas, making it a big summertime hit for families with children and various adult friends getaways! If your looking for a more secluded and tranquil getaway we advise renting the Queens Quartets or Hobbit House. Our family and friends Bbq and swim from 2-8 PM on Sunday Funday. If you are arriving during this time you are welcome to join us!

The Ithaca Boat House offers the feel of living on the water without the waves. Situated directly on the E. Shore of Cayuga Lake, our rental offers instant lake access. Enjoy leisurely days on the dock swings or taking a refreshing swim. Whether you seek relaxation or activity, there's something here for everyone. Outside is a wraparound dock to enjoy the lake. A long pergola walkway covered in lights adds to the view.

The cabin sits 4 miles east of Ithaca downtown and Cornell, surrounded by hiking trails, 45 minutes to Seneca wineries and an hour from Skaneateles or Syracuse. This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen. Scottland Yard Farm proudly offers 'The Queen's Quarter's'. This (dog friendly) sweet little attached home will easily accommodate 5 people. It has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a loft with a full size bed and twin floor mattress. There is a lovely full size marble bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.

Located on the hillside, Cabins 7 is among our newest cabins. This large 2-story retreats with cathedral ceiling boasts 550 of living space! Nestle up on the couch or hang out outside around the fire pit after a day in the water on our private beach with 400' of frontage and docks for fishing, swimming, and boating. Sleeps 6!
