Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Folding mattress 150 wide, out in the attic. For those who want a cozy place, but can do without comfort. Everything you desire is only a few minutes away, but if you would rather drink your coffee or wine at home, it has a nice garden and roof-top terrase and is placed right next to a green area with a monument and viewpoint over central Tórshavn. You can enjoy your morning coffee greeting the grazing sheep right outside the window and have a sunset night cap enjoying the view over Tórshavn.
