Close to AVL airport (15) and Brevard's downtown (15). Asheville (30) is an easy day trip for incredible food and music.

Enjoy peace and quiet here with a private entrance, space, and patio. Close to Brevard, Dupont, Pisgah. The studio is in a quiet home and neighborhood. Bike wash, tools, and help are available. Wake up to a peaceful and private view of rhododendron and mountain laurel. You may even see a white squirrel or black bear. This is our home. We work hard to create a peaceful, cozy space for you. Private Suite with View & Fenced Yard

Private Mother in Law Suite located in the lower level of the owner’s split-level house. Completely separate with a private entrance. Fully fenced yard, making it perfect for bringing your dog along! Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from your private deck. Laundry is available in the unit. We are a family with children living here. We try to keep the noise at a minimum, there is sound proofing in place, but there will be times you will hear us.
