The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Large home on a quiet street, overlooking golf course with river and bridge views. Upstairs has a living room, kitchen, dining room, two & a half bathrooms and three bedrooms. Downstairs has two more bedrooms, living room with trundle bed & room with table for games. Lots of parking for boat /RV. Nine beds total will accommodate large family/group.

This comfortable apartment, built in our basement , keyless entry for your covenience. It is close, quiet and private. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

The Riesling Loft W Washer/Dryer

Attached apartment with private entrance in a quiet neighborhood on .5 acre. The kitchen includes basic amenities like a refrigerator, burner, microwave, and essentials. Guests will enjoy the french doors that open to a deck opening to a large back yard. This place is perfect for 2 people. **If you bring a dog please inform us beforehand. Not doing so will result in a pet fee of $50. Also, please let us know if any accidents from pets.

South Richland Cottage

Tastefully decorated and fully stocked house. Located in a great central location with easy access to all points in the Tri-Cities and close to walking paths, hiking trails, Columbia River and wineries. Televisions with DirecTV service, DVR, and wi-fi. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Pots, pans, dishes, linens, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.
