South Park Guest House

Historic South Park guesthouse. Built as the center of 3 sisters, this 1920 shotgun cottage and its neighbor to the right were bought by me, a neighborhood activist, who stripped them both down to the studs. What you'll find is a mix of historic, modern, and mid-century modern, with vaulted ceilings with skylights in both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom, and safe, snug, and quiet thanks to the insulation, new windows, new doors, and Berber carpet. Owned by a Certified Service Disabled Vet.

Leader Loft

Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

The Blue Heron Guest House

Whether you are traveling solo for work, or for recreation with your family, our lovely two bedroom, 1200 square foot guest house is ideal. One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family. These 5.5 acres of park-like setting are situated on the serene Stillwater River. Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

The Red Pump Inn~Est. 1812, One bedroom farmhouse

Welcome to the esteemed Red Pump Inn, a quaint and peaceful farmhouse built in 1812 seated on the outskirts of West Milton. This rare gem is believed to be the oldest brick home in Miami County. The property rests on acreage of vast farmland, including a natural spring, and rolling pastures available for exploring. Enter down a 1/4 mile long, driveway to this one bedroom farmhouse and experience country living at it's finest. We're located just 7 min. west of I-75 & local restaurants/retailers
