Adventure ON the Beach

This 2 bedroomed private apartment is on the beach - there is some local vegetation in front of you that provides some privacy. This is a light and airy space - The Living room and bedroom sliding doors open onto the garden overlooking the ocean. A garden gate leads you to the beach and our well known local surfspot Point. The space is perfect for adventurous, outdoorsy people who love the beach and enjoys surfing and the ocean. It is very peaceful with the constant sound of the waves around u.

Brand new home, built high up in the sky (yes we enjoy a good bird's-eye view), of the mountains and ocean, inspired by our flock of flamingos entering Paradise Beach. Our Dome is beautifully designed for comfort, with the indulgent outdoor living space blending seamlessly with nature encouraging guests to reconnect, relax and rejuvenate. As much as we would love to welcome all, the setting isn't child friendly and definitely offers a more wonderful getaway for two.

Smell the sweet scent of the flowers and fynbos, the serenade of the frogs, the sight of colorful birds, taste the aroma of fruits and veggies from our vegetable garden and orchard. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a child (not suitable for 3 adults). Mountain, garden, pond (filled with rainfall, season dependent. Not just a room in someone's house or sharing common areas. Your own little piece of tranquility. Our dogs roam freely in the property.

Feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but only 5 minutes to stunning beaches, 10 minutes from Plett , the Crags, Plett Winelands and a host of amazing wildlife places! With so much to keep you busy locally, it is a treat to come back to the Hideaway and feel away from it all!

Storms River Tin House

Storms River Village, situated 11km from the Tsitsikamma National Park, is the adventure capital of Tsitsikamma and forms part of South Africa’s famous Garden Route. The unique self-catering Tin House is situated in the garden of a private residence with gate access and on-site parking. A stay of at least two nights is recommended, as there is so much to see and do in the area. Perfect for a couple, a small family, or close friends. Free WiFi. No other guests, the Tin House is all yours!

"Bird Song" private getaway, tucked away in nature

"Bird Song" is named after the host of bird calls that greet you each morning (and the night jars that you hear after dark). It is the perfect 'private bush camp' for a ‘family-of-4’ vacation or for a secluded ‘get-away-from-it-all retreat’ for couples. The architect designed timber structure is set on a slope with views through and over the fynbos and right at the edge of pristine Indigenous Forest. A wood fired fireplace ensures you are (relatively) warm in winter.

Each suite has its own entrance and outdoor deck for privacy, forest views, and ocean glimpses — perfect for a romantic escape, work retreat, or a quiet nature break with all the modern comforts.

A large bright upstairs room above a double garage with a private balcony. The room looks out over trees and the garden. Private, equipped, self-catering with a small kitchen area. It’s a short walk to the Krom river. Guests have access to the garden, jetty and canal. There is a canoe to use. We live in the main house a few metres away.

Suikerbossie Mountain Cabin

Soak up the peace and quietness while enjoying the true beauty that nature has to offer. The cabin was completed just before the lockdown. The building of the cabin was started by my husband and completed only 2 years later in remembrance of him.
