The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy a furnished deck, fire pit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.
