Fingal Head is one of the little known corners of the Tweed Coast holiday scene, quiet unspoiled beaches and the sparkling Tweed River are right on the doorstep. Fingal township is at the end of a long sand spit with the Tweed River on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. Please note we do not charge extra for you being able to bring your pets.

This rail trail is accessible from Burringbar, Mooball or Murwillumbah which are all less than 35 minutes from Rene's Cottage. There are pelicans, herons, osprey and marine animals. Can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Whale watching June >> November. All cooking equipment, bed linen and towels supplied. Kayaks and crab pots; no extra, but no pets. Check in time 2pm. Check out time is 10am.

Only a 20 minute drive or bus from Gold Coast airport and Tweed City and just over half an hour drive to popular Byron Bay.

The Bruns Holiday House est 1936

One of the original beach houses in Brunswick Heads – built in 1936. Recently renovated with stunning interior design to suit it’s original charm. The ultimate beach house is located in Brunswick’s best street, South Beach Road ~ a perfect place to relax with family and friends. It sleeps 8 people comfortably in the 3 bedroom house. It also has a gorgeous park across the road on the beach front with the beautiful Brunswick River behind the house.

It is a 2 storey townhouse with downstairs queen bedroom and ensuite along with upstairs main bedroom and ensuite. Kitchen fully equipped; soap and toilet paper provided; linen available for hire (pillows and doonas provided); garage; separate laundry; fans in bedrooms and lounge.
