‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. Our little retro house & caravan retain the original layout and include luxurious bed linen, pretty bath towels, original artworks, and a sprinkling of objects from the 60s. Unwind on the sunny front veranda or shaded back deck with a complimentary cold beer or wine after a day of hiking in the forest or swimming at the beach. A breakfast of farm fresh eggs, sourdough, granola, and other local treats are all included in your welcome hamper and will make your stay that little bit extra special.

Billabong Cottage at Mimosa Eco Retreat

Billabong Cottage is a romantic little one bedroom cottage situated next to its own large billabong. This fully equipped cathedral ceilinged cottage has everything you need for a romantic escape. Designed to represent the Australian settler’s cottage, unique and cozy, the fully fenced verandah overlooks the water, with wood heater and outdoor firepit. Pets are welcome. There is an additional charge of $40 per pet (max 2). Try our Corroboree, Cooee or Kiah Cottages if Billabong is booked out.

Erowal Cottage at Jervis Bay

Cool, very spacious and super relaxed retro style cottage. Filled with travel treasures mixed with funky and functional retro stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

Now it has been reimagined as a gorgous one bedroom cottage with stunning rural views over the valley looking back towards Milton. Less than five minutes drive to historic Milton township and ten minutes from Mollymook Beach, not to mention many fabulous local restaurants.

Welcome to our little coastal getaway. We come here to slow down and enjoy the best of Australia's beach and bush. This classic has been renovated, all with sharing and good times in mind. It's a 10 minute stroll up one hill to the southern end of Narrawallee beach which is Surf Lifesaving patrolled most weekends.
