The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cutlery & crockery you will need and pots, pans, microwave and toaster, kettle and stove top. Plus, a full-size fridge/freezer. Everything you need for a great stay in Berry Springs.

Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.

The property is situated on the picturesque cliff front overlooking Fogg Bay. One of the main features is the salt water inground plunge pool overlooking the water and the well maintained grounds.
