A one bedroom, one bathroom rental on a completely private floor in our beautiful Hollywood Hills home. This is an ultra-private home on a cul-de-sac street that is entirely fenced-in and covered with lush ivy. This is one of the oldest homes in the neighborhood and was originally built in 1925. 450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
