The fully separate home is located on our property offering a great space for a couple or a couple with small children. We are located 10 minutes from the East Gate entrance to Algonquin Provincial Park that offers interpretive trails, museums and vast lakes and rivers for day or overnight canoeing trips. Algonquin Parks has much to offer and would encourage you to visit their website. The town of Whitney is about five minutes from our home. Amenities offered; restaurants, gas stations, Pharmacy, post office, grocery store, beer/liquor store, outfitters for canoe rentals and gift store. A beautiful sandy beach and children's playground are located in town.

While not directly on the water, there is a beautiful western view of Galeairy Lake. Wifi available BBQ with side burner for outdoor cooking and fire pit as well. Grocery store and LCBO close by. The Cub Cabin

Welcome to our new hand crafted wood cabin located on the stunning island of Rapides Des Joachims. This cabin is the perfect escape for those looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The cabin features a rainforest shower, loft with a queen bed and a twin, and a double pull-out on the main floor. Stay cozy with a beautiful fireplace and enjoy cooking in the full kitchen. Easy access by main roads year round. Direct access to the Zec Park and all of its trails.

Looking for a quiet retreat to relax away from it all, be close to nature or even work from? This cozy little "solo" guest suite may be just the ticket for you. Private entrance with your own outdoor porch, nestled in the woods just outside of Huntsville. 10 minutes drive to nearby Huntsville (a great cultural and tourist center), 20 mins to Arrowhead Provincial park or 45 minutes to World Famous Algonquin Park. This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.
