The dining area does NOT have a STOVE. 3rd floor meditation room with skylights and sitting area with LCD. ALL APARTMENT AREA IS PRIVATE. Home backs up to woods and back garden. NO CLEANING FEES.

Our place is 2 minutes from Barnaby' restaurant, 5 minutes from Linvilla Orchards & Neumann University & also 15 minutes from State Street in Media where you can enjoy food, drinks, shopping and or just strolling.

A quaint 2 bedroom apartment located a stones throw from downtown Media (state street). The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and parks. Nestled among trees in whimsical Ardentown, you’re 2 min to I-95 and 10 min to Downtown Wilmington. Enjoy a private fenced backyard, firepit, and easy walks to the woods, creek, and nature trails. We live above the suite, and are available most times if you need anything.

We have a screened in porch that you are welcome to enjoy but it's a community gathering. If you enjoy games we have card games, board games and domino. Happy to direct to any local attractions or new events in the area.

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
