Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

Enjoy sleeping in one of the elevated log beds, enjoying your coffee at the bottle-cap bar table, working remotely from comfortable and well-lit living room, unwinding around the fire pit, or enjoying a sunset on the back deck. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots.
