Trattasi di abitazione di recente recupero, tipica campidanese. L'abitazione ospita un antico forno, usato un tempo per la panificazione e la preparazione di dolci tipici sardi ad uso familiare. E' ubicata al centro del paese, ha un cortile interno con possibilità di parcheggio. E' in prossimità del Museo archeologico, comune, farmacia e tutti i servizi essenziali. In 5 minuti trovate la S.S 131 e potete ragguigere la bella citta di Oristano e le spiagge del golfo. In 15 minuti di distanza c'è Arborea e il suo centro equestre.
