The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

This apartment has everything. Its a very bright and spacious four room app. The heart of the app is a spacious kitchen and dinning room in connection with a lovely sunny balcony. There are two bedrooms.The large bedroom has a double bed and a single bed together. It can fit up to three adults, or adults with kids.The secong bedroom overlooks the sunny backyard and has a 1 1/2 pax bed. Other than that the app has a big bathroom and a livingroom in connection with the kitchen.

I gäststugan finns allt du behöver för en din vistelse, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, snabbt wifi, köksvrå, dusch och badrum. Vores lejlighed ligger i et skønt familievenligt område i gå afstand til centrum. Den ligger lige ud til Københavns Havn, som er meget ren og hvor københavnerne bader om sommeren. Her er ingen trafik, da det er for enden af en vej og her er ikke fester og larm, som i den gamle del af Islands Brygge. Med byens gangbroer og cykel broer er du tæt på byen og alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket. Lejligheden er bygget i 2018 og er lys og moderne indrettet med alt hvad du skal bruge.
