Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Enjoy your night on the road! This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

The Cozy Cabin at The Armstrong Homestead

Originally built in 1940, caretaker's cabin is a quaint one bedroom suite complete with a full bath, microwave, mini fridge and coffee. Off road parking and a secluded entry makes the cabin perfect for a romantic or working getaway. Located next to the Osborn Historic District in the heart of Fairborn, the Armstrong Homestead is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

The Guest Suite, near I-75 and Hobart Arena

Budget conscious travelers look no further! For less than a hotel enjoy all the same amenities in a cozy, safe, clean, private space. Only $10 cleaning fee! Ideal for single travelers or couples, this space offers a queen size bed with attached full bathroom. The room is connected to our primary residence through a breezeway. Your entrance is private and you can come and go as you please. Located minutes from I-75, Hobart Arena, Arbogast Performing Arts Center, and downtown Troy.

Easy access from I-70, Clark Co Fairgrounds, US 40. Private entry to a new Queen bed with optional Queen air mattress for two more. Fully stocked kitchen. Parking off street with easy coded entry. Come for Champions Center competition, a college visit, or the many area attractions: Yellow Springs, Mother Stewart's Brewery, climbing, biking, antiquing and many unique restaurant options. Close to groceries & shopping. Wake up to horses to scratch over the fence!

Enjoy Fly fishing or throw in the Canoe or Kayak right from the property. Grab the snowboard and skis and head to Mad River Mountain Ski Resort 15 mins away. Bike the Simon Kenton Trail to the highest point in Ohio. Those of you who can work remotely and want to get away, this is for you! Enjoy being in town close to it all!

We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

1868 Italianate Casa

Our home was built in 1868, we have had a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. We are a work in progress. You will find vision boards on what are goals for preserving this old but beautiful place. The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. We are within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and clothing boutiques.
