Bring the whole family to enjoy a quiet location minutes from Utica, New York. Utica and the surrounding area offer many attractions for the whole family. The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Great location, only 30 min from Cooperstown or Utica. This cozy, split-level, country home has 4 bedrooms-sleeps 10, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, two large gathering spaces, dining room, and a relaxing sun room, deck for viewing spectacular sunrises / sunsets. Propane grill w/ free propane, fire pit w/ free firewood, large yard: view the magical stars at night! Large parking area w/ security lighting. Reliable cell service and high speed Wifi. Ask about touring the Weiss Dairy farm!

The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away
