The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

Spacious condo in residential area (6 guests)

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Het appartement van 50m2 is gelegen in de Bloemenbuurt, vlakbij de gezellige Amsterdamse straatweg, het Julianapark en op 1.5 km van hartje centrum Utrecht. Er zijn verschillende restaurants en koffietentjes in de buurt. Bij binnenkomst kom je in de ruime woonkamer, hier is een open keuken met eettafel en een zithoek. In de badkamer is een ligbad, douche en toilet. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed.
