We are actually a farm tucked away in a quiet wooded area with Cows, Geese, Turkeys, Hens, dogs and Bees etc. Most of the cooking vegetables & ingredients are grown here.. even our Jams, breads , pickles, eggs, milk , natural soaps .. We stay here.. though in a separate wing and both being from a Hotels background pretty much have All modern amenities, trained cooks & Housekeeping staff on site.We embarked on this for our love of the mountains and to Get out of The Rat race. we love the Farm !!

Nirvana Orchard is spread over 12 acres of land with 4 independent cottages & several common areas for guests to use. While in the property, guests can visit the aviaries and enjoy bird-watching, play sports & other board games available at the property and also request for a tent to be set up alongside a bonfire. The property also has direct access to the tons river via a private 5-10 minute trek. With our well trained housekeeping staff & cooks, you will surely have a hospitable experience.

It has amazing views of the Malsi Forest in the east and the Mussorie hills in the north. We have a lush green lawn with blooming flower beds. There is ample space to feel free, enjoy nature with most beautiful view of the foothills and the sunset. It is about 50 minutes from the Dehradun airport and about five minutes from Mussoorie road.

Surrounded by hills , a seasonal river on the west and a canal on the east side. The location is also known as Do Naali as it is a confluence of 2 canals. There is a continuous sound of water flowing which is very soothing. A small dam exists close by. The farm has a cow and fresh milk can be tasted free of cost. Honey bee keeping is also done. This is besides regular farming of famous Dehradun basmati rice , wheat and vegetables. Short treks can also be arranged.
