It is on a private road, with pond, fruit orchard, and 1/4 mile walking trail on the property to the seasonal 100 foot waterfall lookout.

Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. Let yourself unwind in the gorgeous coastal lands of Mendocino as you're tucked away in a spacious loft apartment made for relaxation. We’ve designed a large studio space with fluffy linens, handmade textiles, and natural touches to delight you. Walking distance to the beach, sunset views, a restaurant and store--it's a perfectly-situated restful nook on the coast. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).

Pacific Gem - Jewel of the Bluff

Pacific Gem overlooks the ocean. Two bedroom 2-bath home just a few miles from the quaint town of Mendocino. You will see whales, birds, and incredible sunsets. There is also a separate cottage that can be rented separately or with the house. Found under Albion, CA. "Quaint Ocean Cottage". The 11% county tax is included in the nightly rates. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00
