Bordering China Beach Provincial Park, guests have access to beautiful beaches and outdoor adventures like hiking, surfing, and whale watching. After a day of exploring, or surfing, unwind in the hot tub under the stars and listen to the waves. This modern bungalow combines luxury and privacy, with a surf down below the house. Youbou Lakehouse

Welcome to your lakefront oasis in Youbou, British Columbia. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. Have fun, but no parties, and please choose another spot if you are unwilling to be considerate of our wonderful neighbors.

Private Waterfront Cabins - Elysium Retreat

A secluded oasis of West Coast tranquility. Our pair of rustic cabins are perfect for those looking to unplug and immerse themselves in nature (no WiFi). Nestled above the Sooke basin, you can take in the stunning views from our spacious balcony or from our cozy bed. Our sunsets are not to be missed! The main cabin features a new queen bed, a spacious work desk, and a cozy loft bed with a reading nook. The second cabin includes the kitchen, dining area, incinerator toilet, and shower.

The Fat Cat Inn

In a quiet neighborhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Shoal Bay Raven Cottage, Ocean view & off the grid

Shoal Bay sits on a remote island, completely off grid. Here we generate our own electrical power through a system of solars panels and micro-hydro. Just one of three boutique styled cottages at Shoal Bay, The RAVEN COTTAGE sits on the hillside overlooking the water. There are 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a cozy woodstove. Kitchen with undercounter fridge and 4 burner gas stove/oven. A shower in the bathroom. Covered deck with a bbq all overlooking the ocean and the coastal mountains

Seaside Escape

Overlooking the beach on Ladysmith Bay, this beautifully appointed and private oceanfront suite boasts unobstructed, floor to ceiling, views of the Bay. From the comfort of your bed, watch the morning sun rise over the water, as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Relax all day or evening on the lower seaside deck, while watching the variety of birds, seals, otters, & sea lions . Oceanfront Studio with Hot Tub

We're located oceanfront in beautiful Maple Bay near biking/hiking trails, Maple Bay beach, pubs and restaurants. This cozy Studio offers stunning views and is complete with a kitchenette, full-piece bathroom and a hot tub. Suite has its own private entrance. Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.

Romantic Floating Retreat

Escape to the Seasuite, a cozy floating retreat now docked at Westbay Marine Village. Sip wine on the top deck as the sun sets over Victoria Harbour. Inside, a comfy queen bed and charming kitchenette await—perfect for quiet mornings or fresh seafood dinners. Take the harbour ferry, a minute walk away, to waterfront restaurants, or stay in and watch the stars dance on the water. Walk the oceanside right into downtown Victoria.
