This little treasure is located in the heart of the city, next to the main pedestrian street. A 5-minute walk from the Sea Garden and the University and 10 minutes from the beach. All restaurants, cafes and shops are just a stone's throw away. It consists of a walk-in space, a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. AC, free Wi-Fi and a large TV with interactive TV.
