Double Room In Boutique Style Hotel With BKFST

Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

Al Gufo Nero

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, con splendida vista sulla valle. La casa è ricavata dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio “stavolo” carnico, una stalla dove riposavano gli animali e si faceva asciugare il fieno raccolto. Il Gufo Nero è un cottage adatto ad una vacanza rilassante da passare ammirando il panorama sulle Alpi carniche e sorseggiando un buon vino friulano, davanti al caminetto da cui fu salvato un gufo caduto per sbaglio e annerito dalla fuliggine.

Elegante e spazioso, è il top di gamma dei nostri alloggi, con stanze ariose che renderanno la tua vacanza speciale. È composto da due grandi camere da letto - una matrimoniale e una tripla con due letti singoli più uno a bandiera - e due bagni completi con doccia, wc e lavandino. Completano l'alloggio un soggiorno con cucina attrezzata e una comoda veranda in legno arredata con tavolo e sedie, perfetta per il relax di tutta la famiglia.

The room "Romantique Venise" has a double bed, self controlled air cond and heating, private bathroom inside the room with shower. Local tourist taxes will be paid at check in, the price from February to December is: €2.80 per person per night. For the month of January it is: €2 per person per night.

Newly built apartment in a small residence of 9 apartments in Brenzone on Lake Garda. The standard studio apartment has a living room kitchen with a single sofa bed and two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with a lake view. Each apartment has an induction hob, kettle, microwave / grill, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, American coffee maker, toaster, smart TV, hairdryer and safe.
