Venture out to the numerous waterfalls, hike the Ottawa National Forest or Sylvania Wilderness, view the scenic Porcupine Mountains, drive through the Keweenaw peninsula. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.
