Enjoy a stylish and charming apartment, hidden at the back of a green courtyard, blending 1950s vintage atmosphere with Scandinavian design. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a bedroom/office with a very comfortable double sized Murphy bed , a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a cozy living area with a leather sofa, TV, internet box, and Wi-Fi. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine for your comfort. In winter, the central heating runs from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Il est situé au deuxième et dernier étage sans ascenseur, côté cour, dans une résidence très calme. Il y a une grande TV avec abonnement Canal+, Netflix, Amazon,... L’appartement est à 5mn à pied des Buttes Chaumont, à 5mn à pied du Canal Saint Martin et du Canal de l’Ourcq, à 20mn à pied de la Villette. Le quartier est très vivant et vous trouverez tout ce qu’il vous faut à moins de 100m.
