You can see Labanoras forest and Zeimena river. Also, it becomes magical to see time by time crossing trains through your windows, because the house is located between two railways. In a few hundred meters, you can come to have a walk-in adorable paths, which is located in a river swamp area.

Stylish two-level studio set in a former factory building (1949), transformed into the contemporary “Radiolofts” complex in 2017. The thoughtfully designed lower level (20 sq. m.) features a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The upper level (10 sq. m.) is divided to sleeping area and a wardrobe. Please note: access to the upper level is via steep stairs and may not suit guests with reduced mobility or children.

Our loft/apartment is on the upper floor of former factory, it is small but with great view and floor to ceiling windows, industrial style, but cosy. We made it with our hands for ourselves, to spend some nights in the city, you can feel it in here :) The old town is within walking distance.
