It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. Baths: 1 full, a jack and jill (2 toilets & 2 sinks, one shower), and 1 half bath. Pool is open mid-April through mid-October, depending on weather.
