Great getaway house! is a unique and family friendly home. It has board games for the kids, pool, a fireplace to make s'mores and be cozy. There is room inside and outside for children to play and adults to relax. There is a BBQ in the backyard, & a full kitchen inside. The Lavender House is centrally located, close to downtown Visalia as well as the main boulevard (Mooney). It is a short 40 minute drive to Sequoia National Park entrance & 2 miles from the Fox Theater & the Convention Center.

The Iris House is located close to downtown Visalia’s shops, restaurants, breweries & the Convention Center. A 40 min. drive to Sequoia National Park, 30 min. to Three Rivers , 45 min. to Fresno and 2.5 hrs. to Yosemite.House has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a family room w/fireplace, living room, laundry room, equipped kitchen, dining area, gated pool, a landscaped backyard, Koi pond, BBQ, fire-pit, basketball & lounging areas. It’s a quiet neighborhood. No parties.Smoking permitted in backyard only.

We are two miles from the Foothills entrance station for Sequoia National Park. The recently remodeled apartment is about 500 square feet in two rooms plus a bathroom. It is directly under and completely separate from the main living space of the house.
