Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! We have beach access to the north side of the building via the public access ramp. Temp parking is next door, south side behind white fence.
